Started with Century 21, bought an office in 1992 and opened as Billy Lanier Realty, bought RE/MAX franchise in 1999, had an office in Lewisburg and in Chapel Hill, sold to Russell Realty & Auction in 2009, went with Homestead Kent Davis Realty & Auction in March 2014.
